about

"Deep Ambient Music" is an album of floating and atmospheric music, which unfolds in a multidimensional listening space and in a fluid and evolving temporality. I tried to associate field soundscapes, ethereal climates and a few electro-acoustic interferences in order to create hypnotic and immersive climates, which remind the slowness of some ambient compositions of Brian Eno and the depth and spatiality of Californian electronic music (Steve Roach, Michael Stearns), all with the typical "French touch" of Lightwave — sound research, sculpture of listening spaces.

This is the kind of music I love and I listen to, that I create, that corresponds to my personality and my universe...

I am happy to share it on Bandcamp!

I hope you will enjoy this trip!

REVIEW

• " The recordings featured here date from 2019 to 2022, and document his attempt to evoke the music in the vein of (and I quote)
"some ambient compositions of Brian Eno and the depth and spatiality of Californian electronic music (Steve Roach, Michael Stearns)", adding
as a condition "with the typical "French touch" of Lightwave". It works quite well as music created with that premise, and as such it most closely resembles Steve Roach's softer works circa STRUCTURES FROM SILENCE and his QUIET MUSIC releases, more than anything
Brian Eno or Michel Stearns did."
Alan Freeman, AUDION #72 Dec. 2022, p. 37.
